ABOUT THE EVENT
Spring Emergence: A Seasonal Nervous System Reset
March 28th
Join us in Colorado Springs for a Floating Sound Bath centered on seasonal transition, in grounded, embodied presence.
Spring brings longer days, more light, and subtle forward momentum. But the body doesn’t always change at the same pace as the calendar.
So often, we rush this time of year. We’re eager for warmth. For productivity. For the next thing.
And in that rush, we skip the transition.
This spring floating sound bath is designed as a nervous system rest, a space to soften, recalibrate, and honor the shift from winter’s inward rhythm into gentle renewal.
During this Colorado Springs sound bath, we’ll focus on:
• Emergence: allowing movement forward without force
• Softening stored physical tension from winter
• Supporting sleep as daylight shifts
• Clearing mental fog and overstimulation
• Creating grounded space before a busier season
• Moving energy forward intentionally, not urgently
Participants float in a heated indoor pool while immersed in live sound frequencies designed to support parasympathetic activation, regulation, and deep rest.
This is about embodied awareness during change.
If you’ve felt slightly off since the time change, mentally fatigued, or simply ready to transition into the next season with clarity instead of urgency, this experience is for you.
No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed.
What to know before you arrive "Checklist":
If you’re floating on an air mattress (most popular option):
Wear comfy clothes (think yoga pants, sweats, or anything cozy)
Bring a pillow + blanket
Optional: something to tuck under your knees so your hips & low back can relax fully
If you’re floating in the heated pool with a water hammock (or wading in):
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little wet, or a swimsuit
There is a private "locker room/changing area/ restroom" with direct access to the pool
Bring a towel + change of clothes
