You will have a chance to get comfortable, either laying down or seated in a relaxed position, as I gently guide you into relaxation.
The session will unfold intuitively, using sound and vibration to create a sense of peace and harmony.
Afterward, we’ll take a moment to check in and reflect on how you feel.

Common Respones to sound healing
Each person’s experience is different, but you may notice:
Deep relaxation or a meditative state
A sense of lightness, emotional release, warmth
A shift in energy, increased focus, or feeling ‘in the zone’
Occasional unexpected sensations like tingling, muscle twitches, or memories surfacing, as your body releases stored tension
A single session can leave you feeling calm, clear, and reconnected, but the benefits deepen overtime.
All of this is normal, sound healing works on many levels, and your body will take what it needs.
IS SOUND HEALING RIGHT FOR YOU?
Sound healing is a safe and non-invasive practice, but if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, or certain heart conditions, this may not be the right fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with any questions.
Experience Therapeutic Sound Waves
Sound healing is a personal experience, and no two sessions are exactly alike. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others feel lighter and more clear, and some may notice a shift in their energy days later.
The best way to understand is to experience it for your yourself. If you’re looking for a way to unwind, reset, and feel more in tune with yourself, a one to one Sound Bath Session is here when you’re ready.
