ABOUT THE EVENT
This evening sound bath is your invitation to pause before the holiday and new year, to breathe, and let your body deeply rest in a way it rarely gets to.
As winter arrives and the days grow shorter, we’re creating a quiet space to slow down and release the rush and reconnect with what feels peaceful and true.
During this unique experience, you’ll float on a water hammock or air mattress while crystal singing bowls and other instruments create gentle waves of sound that fill the room, immerse you in soothing vibrations that tune the rest of the world out for a moment.
I’ll begin by sharing a few words about how sound supports your mind and body, and guide you into relaxation. From there, you’ll be free to simply drift into your own experience. For many, that means feeling deeply peaceful, ready to crawl into bed afterward, or noticing a sense of calm they haven’t felt in a long time.
Every sound bath feels a little different, but what’s consistent is the gift of rest: your nervous system finally gets a chance to let go, and your body and mind can surrender to being cared for.
❄️To close the evening, we’ll gather for a warm cup of hot cocoa and peppermint. A small, sweet reminder to savor the stillness of the season.
What to know before you arrive "Checklist":
If you’re floating on an air mattress (most popular option):
Wear comfy clothes (think yoga pants, sweats, or anything cozy)
Bring a pillow + blanket
Optional: something to tuck under your knees so your hips & low back can relax fully
If you’re floating in the heated pool with a water hammock (or wading in):
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little wet, or a swimsuit
There is a private "locker room/changing area/ restroom" with direct access to the pool
Bring a towel + change of clothes
