  • Redeem and Relax: You can book your session online using your gift certificate code at checkout when booking online or contact our office to schedule your personalized wellness experience.

    • Square gift cards (physical or digital, purchased before this update) are still valid.

    • Enter your 16-digit card number in the notes section when booking.

    • A valid card on file is still required to reserve the time and uphold the cancellation policy.

    • The card on file will not be charged at booking—your gift card will be applied at checkout.

  • You should receive an email that says “Honeybee Massage: Product Order: Name”.

    • If you click into that and scroll down to your Order Receipt you will find your Gift certificate code and a link that says “View Gift Certificate”

    • If you click into that you will be able to view your gift and print at home if you’d like to wrap or hand-deliver.

  • Yes! All gift cards can be redeemed for Custom Massages, 1:1 Sound Bath Sessions, or the 30 Minute Sound Bath or Facial Massage Add-ons.

    *Not redeemable for Co-hosted events.

  • No, gift cards never expire. However, I kindly ask that you use your gift card within 3 months to 1 year of receiving it. Please note that gift cards are redeemable for their dollar value only, and service prices are subject to change.

    If prices increase after the gift card/certificate is purchased, there may be an outstanding amount due at the time of service. To avoid this, I recommend using your gift card within a reasonable timeframe after receiving it. Thank you for your understanding!

  • You can choose email delivery for instant gifting, directly to your recipients email. Or print it at home to present in person.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. However, they never expire and an be used toward any service , making them a flexible option whenever you’re ready to use them.

  • Unfortunately, gift cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. To protect your gift card, I recommend keeping it in a secure location. If you purchased the gift card online, check your email for the original confirmation, which may include a digital copy of your card.
