Payment Terms

Your card will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month through Acuity. If a payment fails, there is grace period of 1-7 days to resolve the payment after this time future appointments may be canceled. This functions as a subscription, not a gift card. All sales are final and sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Renewal and Cancellation of Membership

Membership renews automatically each month unless canceled with email notice 10 days, or more, before your next billing date.. This helps ensure accurate record of communication. To cancel, simply email Bianca at hello@honeybeemassagellc.com If you cancel and still have a prepaid session, you’ll have 30 days to use it unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions expire after 30 days and are non-refundable.

Session Usage, Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

You receive one session per month as part of your membership. The cancellation and rescheduling policy is the same for everyone: I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice so I can accommodate others who may need care. Life happens, and I understand that things come up—especially for my members, I do my best to offer flexibility when I can. That said, missed appointments (no-shows) or repeated last-minute changes may result in the loss of that month’s credit, since your session time is held just for you. Respecting this policy helps me continue to offer consistent, quality care to everyone.

Gifting a Session

Memberships are for personal use. However, if you are unable to attend your session in a particular month, you may gift a session up to 3 times per year with advanced notice. Please contact Bianca by email hello@honeybeemassagellc.com or by text @ (719) 249-0505 in advance to transfer the appointment.

Agreement to Terms

By checking the box and proceeding with payment you acknowledge that you understand this membership is a subscription and all sales are final. As well that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this wellness program and you authorize Honeybee Massage LLC to draft your card on file on the 1st of the month.
