Cancellation Policy

-Honeybee Massage charges a 100% cancelation fee for any cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

-If you need to cancel your appointment, you are required to provide a minimum 48 hour notice before the start of your appointment to avoid being charged a cancelation or no-show fee.

-These charges are applied to the valid card on file, which you are required to provide at the time of booking your appointment.

-If you do not put a card on file or you remove the card on file, after booking, Honeybee Massage will send you an invoice for any cancelations or no-shows. You willl not be abe to come in for another appointment until your invoice balance is paid in full.

Rescheduling Policy

-If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will need to give at least 48 hour notice before the start of your appointment to transfer it to a different day. 48 hours or less will result in a 100% charge or an invoice for services scheduled.

-Chronic rescheduling of appointments may result in all client appointments being taken off the schedule, and no future sessions will be scheduled. This includes appointments that have bee booked by the client or business.

Late for Appointment Policy

-Clients are asked to arrive about 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows time to update intake forms and discuss the plan for the session with your Massage Therapist.

-In the event the client is running late the session will end on time to maintain the schedule, and the original service time will be charged.

-If you are more than 15 minutes late, your therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and you will be charged 100% of the total service amount. to the card on file or via invoice.

-For clients who are chronically late, Honeybee Massage reserves the right to cancel any future appointments, and no other appointments will be scheduled.

Illness Policy

-Honeybee Massage requires that clients call if feeling ill, or having a fever.

-It is in yours and your therapists best interest to reschedule appointments in this case. Likewise please understand if your therapist needs to reschedule due to feeling illl: with certain conditions massage and bodywork may not be advised.

-If you show up with any indication of illness, your therapist reserves the right to decline to perform the massage, and you will be charged 100% of the session scheduled.

-If you have to cancel or reschedule due to illness, or illness exposure you are required to give 48 hour notice to avoid being charged, and your next appointment must be rescheduled a minimum of 10 days out.

-Cancelation or reschedule due to illness with less than a 48 hour notice incurs a 100% charge of the service scheduled.

Inclement Weather Policy

-Honeybee Massage prioritizes the safety of clients and realizes there are emergency situations caused by inclement weather.

-Please plan accordingly, if you see the forecast is predicting severe weather please consider rescheduling 48 hours in advance.

-In the event of inclement weather, Honeybee Massage reserves the right charge 100% of services scheduled for cancelations/reschedules with less than 48 hour notice.

-In the event you are charged a cancelation/rescheduling fee due to inclement weather, this charge may be transferred, up to one time, to cover a session rescheduled within 30 days.

Payment Policy

-Some services require a non-refundable, prepaid deposit, which is due at the time of booking because the large time slot on the schedule it takes up and longer than usual prep it takes to provide these services. The total cost minus the deposit is due at the time of service.

-In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a service you have put a deposit down on or prepaid for, you are required to give 48 hour or more notice, if you do not, you forfeit your prepayment or deposit.

-In the event of a reschedule of a deposit or prepay service, with proper 48 hour or more notice, your deposit or prepay may be transfered to cover the deposit on a different day, up to one time, if rescheduled for within 30 days.

-For any reason whatsoever, if your deposit, prepayment, or inclement weather fee is transferred to cover a rescheduled service, and you in turn cancel or reschedule that next service, you forfeit that payment.

-For all other services, payment in full is due at the time of service.

Gift Cards

Honeybee Massage asks that gift cards be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Gift cards are for a dollar amount only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another individual.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given, all sales are final.

Right to Refuse Service

-Honeybee Massage, and service providers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.

-This includes but is not limited to, clients who engage in disruptive behavior, violate our policy, or pose a threat to the well-being of our staff or other clients.

-The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if there is reasonable belief that the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

-Refusal of service is at the discretion of Honeybee Massage and its providers, and we are committed to applying this policy consistently.

-Our business does not discriminate against individuals based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic. We value a respectful and harmonious environment for all our clients and staff.

Testimonial Usage Terms

By receiving services from Honeybee Massage, you acknowledge and grant permission for the use of any testimonials provided by you.

Purpose of Usage: Testimonials may be used for the advertising and promotion of Honeybee Massage, its services, and related products. This includes promotional materials, website content, social media posts, and other marketing initiatives.

Testimonials may be attributed to clients by their first name, last initial, and/or any other identifier chosen by Honeybee Massage.

Confidentiality: Honeybee Massage is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any details shared in testimonials that are of a private or sensitive nature will be handled with discretion.

Editing and Attribution: Testimonials may be edited for clarity, grammar, and length. Clients waive the right to inspect or approve the final version before publication.

Release of Claims: Clients voluntarily release Honeybee Massage, its agents, representatives, and employees from any claims arising from the use of testimonials.
