FAQs

  • Cancellation policies are a simple way to say that we agree to respect each others time. With as much notice as possible it is more likely that another customer can fill your much desired appointment time if you are unable to make it.

If you (client) need to cancel your appointment, you are required to give a minimum 48 hour notice before the start of your appointment to avoid being charged a 100% cancellation and rescheduling fee. It must be a full 48 hours or more to avoid this charge.

These charges are applied to the valid card on file which you are required to put down at the time of booking your appointment. If you do not put a card on file or you remove the card on file after booking, I will send you an invoice for any cancellations or no shows and you will not be able to come in for another appointment until your invoice balance is paid in full.

  • Reschedule: If you need to reschedule your appointment you will need to give 48 hours notice before the start of your appointment to transfer your appointment to a different day, any less than 48 hours will result in a 100% charge to the card on file or invoice for services scheduled.

If you reschedule your appointment with 48 hours or less, that is still considered a cancellation for that day, and you will incur a 100% charge to the card on file or you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid before your next session can be rebooked.

  • Gift Cards:

I ask that gift cards be used within 12 months of purchase date. Gift Cards are for a dollar amount only, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another individual.

  • Late for appointment:

Clients are asked to please arrive about 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows time to update intake forms and discuss the plan for the session. In the event the client is running late, the service will end on time in order to maintain the schedule, and original service time will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to automatically cancel your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the total service amount to the card on file. In the event clients are chronically late, Honeybee Massage reserves the right to cancel any future appointments, and no other appointments will be scheduled.

  • Honeybee Massage asks that clients please call if you are feeling ill, or have a fever. It is in both of our best interest to reschedule appointments in this case. Likewise, please understand if your therapist asks to reschedule if they are feeling ill. With some medical conditions massage/ bodywork may not be advised. If a massage could potentially be harmful to a client, Honeybee Massage reserves the right to decline to perform the massage.

You must give 48 hour notice of illness or illness exposure, to avoid being charged a cancellation or reschedule fee. If you have to cancel or reschedule due to illness your next scheduled appointment must be rescheduled a minimum of 10 days out to avoid exposure to staff.

Cancellation/Rescheduling due to illness with less than a 48 hour notice incurs a 100% charge for services scheduled.

  • Body wrap services require a $100 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) in order to book because it is a 2 hour time slot on the schedule. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule you must provide 48 hour notice or more. If you don't give 48 hour or more notice you forfeit your deposit.
